Cmat adopts the AA1000 Stakeholder Engagement Standard (AA1000SES) to systematically identify and assess key stakeholders. Based on criteria including dependency, responsibility, influence, diverse perspectives, and stakeholder concerns, the Company has identified its primary stakeholders as shareholders, customers, employees, suppliers, government, and the broader community. Through established communication channels, defined engagement frequency, and regular disclosure of outcomes, Cmat actively engages with stakeholders to understand their expectations and concerns. These insights are incorporated into the Company’s management and sustainability strategies to enhance transparency, strengthen trust, and support long-term sustainable development.
