Certain Micro Application Technology Inc. (CMAT) was founded in June 2006. CMAT is a manufacturer producing the inspection equipment for semiconductor industry, which was organized by a group of like-minded peoples in the industry. We have a sense of mission of high technique localization and spirit of pursuit of excellence, to correspond with the demand of inspection instruments self-made in domestic industry and to create the high efficiency.

CAMT has spent lavishly on high-precision techniques and equipment and develops specific testing materials, instruments, and device components required in semiconductor industry. In addition, we focus on the research, design, and manufacture on the probe card used in wafer testing to service related industries in Taiwan, such as the sectors of IC design, manufacture, packaging, testing, and photoelectric etc.
