Supplier Code of Conduct
Certain Micro Application Technology Inc. (hereinafter referred to as: the company) mainly provides machining services to customer groups in different industries, from research and development, design, processing and manufacturing, assembly to measurement, as a comprehensive "highly integrated, deeply customized" "Cultural" and professional company. Our supply chain comes from all over the world, including raw and packaging materials, technical products and services; our goal is to promote the stability of the supply chain while providing high-quality products and services to our customers. The company formulates relevant procurement policies and Suppliers are required to comply, and suppliers are encouraged to require their downstream suppliers, contractors and service providers to recognize and comply with these policies, including:
Policy 1: Safety, Health and Environmental Protection
We uphold our social responsibilities, aim to reduce pollution caused by products, services and activities, and strive to build a better and safer working environment. We also promise to:
- 1.Comply with local safety, health and environmental protection regulations, and continue to pay attention to international safety, health and environmental protection issues.
- 2.Promote occupational safety, health and environmental management systems, implement relevant risk assessments, review improvement results, and improve management performance.
- 3.Actively improve the manufacturing process, control pollution sources, promote waste reduction and energy conservation in the manufacturing process, and reduce the impact and risks on the environment.
- 4.Implement safety, health and environmental protection education, establish employee prevention concepts, and avoid disasters and pollution.
- 5.Establish a safe and healthy workplace environment, implement health management and promotion activities, and improve the physical and mental health of colleagues.
- 6.Support employees to consult and participate in safety, health, environmental protection and other related issues, encourage all employees to explore hazards, risks and improvement opportunities, and receive appropriate responses and protection.
- 7.Establish good communication with suppliers, outsourcers and other stakeholders, and communicate company policies to achieve sustainable operations.
Policy 2: Labor rights
suppliers must comply with local laws and regulations on labor rights, and encourage suppliers to follow RBA standards, comply with relevant international regulations, national and regional laws and regulations, and support respect for relevant international labor rights norms.
- 1.No child labor is used and the use of child labor by any supplier or subcontractor is not accepted.
- 2.We respect the freedom of employees, prohibit any form of forced labor, and do not accept the use of forced labor by any suppliers or subcontractors.
- 3.Provide safe and hygienic working and living conditions to ensure the safety and health of employees.
- 4.Promote labor-management cooperation and respect employees’ opinions.
- 5.Provide an equal and fair working environment and prohibit any form of discrimination.
- 6.Respect the basic human rights of employees and prohibit any form of humiliating behavior.
- 7.Reasonably arrange production plans, and reasonably arrange employees' working hours and rest and vacations.
- 8.Provide reasonable wages and benefits to at least meet employees' basic needs.
- 9.Respect employees’ rights to freedom of association and collective bargaining.
- 10.Adhere to general corporate ethics.

Policy Promotion 3. Code of Integrity Management
The company engages in business activities based on the principles of fairness, honesty, trustworthiness, and transparency. The company has formulated the " Integrity Business Code and Operating Procedures and Behavior Guidelines " and announced them to all company colleagues, and implemented the integrity management policy to actively prevent dishonest behaviors. The company avoids engaging in business transactions with agents, suppliers or other business partners involved in dishonest behavior. If it is discovered that business dealings or cooperation partners have dishonest behavior, it should immediately stop business dealings with them and list them as Refuse to deal with objects to implement the company's integrity management policy.
